White Maeng Da
White Maeng Da is our white vein kratom: a selected Maeng Da grade from Southeast Asia, milled into a fine, even powder and commonly described as energising, alert, bright. What makes White Maeng Da different?
"White" describes the vein colour and how the leaf is dried. White leaves are harvested earlier, while the veins are still pale, and dried quickly indoors, away from sunlight. The result is a pale green powder with a fresh, slightly sharper aroma. Combined with the Maeng Da grade, that makes White Maeng Da the brightest of our four strains. Origin and botanical profile
Mitragyna speciosa is an evergreen tree in the Rubiaceae family – the same plant family as coffee. It grows in the humid tropical lowlands of Southeast Asia, and our leaves come from mature trees tended by the farmers we work with in Indonesia.
Growers sort the leaves by the colour of their central vein – red, green or white. Maeng Da is a traditional selection name used for especially vigorous trees.
From leaf to powder
Mature leaves are picked by hand, oven-dried and milled to a fine nano powder. Each batch is packed in resealable ziplock bags (LDPE) to keep it fresh.

Nano Powder
There are two main types of Kratom powder available on the market. The most common type — and the one used in the majority of kratom products — is standard micro powder. At Kratomvia.com, all of our kratom is produced in premium nano powder form.
Nano-ground kratom powder is a more advanced and refined alternative to standard micro powder. Not all farmers have the technology or equipment required for this process. Our trusted farmers use modern equipment and advanced grinding technology specifically designed for producing high-quality Nano Kratom powder, created using specialised grinding methods that produce a much finer and smaller particle size compared to traditional micro powder.
